Job Description
Alliance Resource Group is recruiting for our client, a medical device manufacturer, for their next Corporate Accountant. This person will be the right hand to the Corporate Controller and will be responsible for critical ad-hoc projects for the organization.Â
Key Responsibilities:

Process invoicing, sales tax filings, and handle deferred revenue
-
Utilize complex Excel worksheets to manage manual accounting processes
-
Perform AP-related tasks as required
-
Assist the AR team on invoicing and client follow up
-
Maintain financial records and assist with month-end closing
-
Collaborate with the Corporate Controller to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
-
Assist with other accounting duties as needed, contributing to a lean and efficient team
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
-
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop/Enterprise
-
Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and data manipulation
-
Mac OS experience and familiarity with Office 365
-
Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices
-
Ability to manage sales tax filings and handle deferred revenue
-
High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a willingness to adapt
