Job Description

ARG has recently partnered with a rapidly growing consumer products brand seeking to add a Finance Manager to their team.  The company is dedicated to providing clean, effective skincare solutions that enhance natural beauty. The company focuses on creating effective, high-quality products that enhance natural beauty. 

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented FP&A Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes to support the company’s growth and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights that influence decision-making and optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning: Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting, collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, KPIs, and variance analysis to track performance against budget and forecast.
  • Strategic Support: Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning and investment decisions.
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of variances between actual and budgeted performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios and support strategic decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights, enhancing financial discipline across the organization.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and investments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (CFA, CMA) preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the consumer goods or beauty industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
