Job Description


ARG has been tasked with finding a CFO for a growing manufacturing company.  Reporting to the CEO this role will be instrumental in overseeing accounting, finance, and human resources while driving operational discipline in anticipation of a potential IPO.

This role will be onsite 5x per week

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all financial reporting, month end close, and ensure financial compliance.  Manage accounting functions, implement best practices and lead financial audit.
  • Lead financial planning for the organization, including all budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
  • Lead capital raising, determine appropriate capital structure and funding, and prepare the company for potential IPO.
  • Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures. Monitor and mitigate financial risks and exposures.
  • Build the accounting and finance teams, determine appropriate structure of accounting team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA, or CPA highly preferred
  • Proven track record in finance leadership roles within the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in both small and large companies, demonstrating adaptability and scalability.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and fiscal management.
  • Experience in preparing for and executing an IPO is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.
