Your Role:
- AP Operations: Oversee the entire AP process, from invoice receipt to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Accounting Expertise: Ensure accurate invoice booking, including proper coding, matching to purchase orders, and timely resolution of discrepancies. Oversee the accurate recording of accruals, prepayments, and other AP-related transactions in accordance with GAAP.
- Month-End Close: Lead the AP team in the month-end close process, ensuring all invoices are processed, accruals are booked, and reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of AP experience
- PE-backed experience is a highly preferred
- Strong GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
