Senior Accountant | High-Growth CPG Brand 

A fast-scaling consumer brand in the CPG/e-commerce space is hiring a Senior Accountant to own core accounting operations in a multi-channel environment (DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and national retail).

This is a hands-on, high-impact role reporting directly to the Controller. You’ll be the most senior individual contributor in accounting and responsible for ensuring clean, accurate, and scalable financial operations as the business grows.

What You’ll Own:

• Full-cycle accounting (GL, AP, AR)

• Month-end close and preparation of board-ready financials

• Reconciliation of complex marketplace and retail settlements (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Target, wholesale partners)

• Trade spend, chargebacks, deductions, and promotional accruals

• Inventory accounting, COGS accuracy, 3PL reconciliation, and landed cost allocations

• Process improvements to support a high-volume, multi-channel business

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of accounting experience (CPG, retail, or e-commerce strongly preferred)

• Strong GAAP and accrual-based accounting foundation

• Experience with trade spend and retail deductions

• Inventory and COGS experience required

• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, complex formulas, data modeling)

• Highly detail-oriented with a strong ownership mindset
