Alliance Resource Group is partnered with a dynamic consumer goods company in their search for an AP Manager.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to join a leading company in the consumer goods space. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a business known for its quality products and strong, values-driven culture.


About the Role:

As the Accounts Payable Manager, you'll be the linchpin for our client's AP operations across several entities. This is a hands-on role where you will:

  • Manage the AP workflow for our outsourced team.

  • Oversee monthly close and prepare weekly AP aging reports to help with cash flow and vendor management.

  • Lead a key automation project to modernize our expense management system and enhance efficiency.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, merchandising, and brand leadership.

This position is ideal for someone who is not only a master of the details but also a strategic thinker eager to streamline processes and drive improvements.

What our client is looking for:

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting with 5–7 years of proven AP experience, ideally in a multi-entity environment.

  • A strong background in systems and process implementation.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a talent for managing competing priorities.

  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with an ERP system.
