  • Maintain construction-in-progress schedules and coordinate with Operations on asset-related activity.

  • Support inventory-related accounting, reporting, and analysis.

  • Assist with intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and related reporting.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Accounting.

  • Help improve accounting processes, reporting accuracy, documentation, and internal controls.

  • Support ad hoc reporting and special projects as the company continues to grow.
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.

  • Strong month-end close experience, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting support.

  • Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles.

  • Experience in a CPG, food and beverage, manufacturing, distribution, or inventory-based business strongly preferred.

  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with detailed reporting models, schedules, and reconciliations.

  • Ability to research exceptions, identify issues, and follow through to resolution.

  • Strong attention to detail, ownership, and accountability.

  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, evolving environment.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule in North County San Diego.
