Your Role:
- Oversee two direct reports.
- Manage month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Develop and implement accounting procedures and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred).
- 2+ years of accounting management experience.
- PE-backed experience is a highly preferred
- Strong GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
