Accounting Supervisor/Office Manager

Job Description

The Accounting Supervisor provides support for the day-to-day processing of accounting transactions within the company’s accounting group; ensuring that policies and procedures are followed to achieve accurate and timely processing for payables and recording of received financial data. Accounting Supervisor complies and maintains records and provides necessary reports to ensure correct and compliant asset and expense management. The position oversees Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and interacts with Payroll and Human Resources to ensure seamless integration of renewals, reporting, certifications, etc. are actively managed. This role is a transitional position that will manage AP and AR transactions and execute other accounting processes as needed while helping to create better organization and optimize IS platforms. The position serves as a critical role to the company’s success.
