Job Description
Our client, a successful consumer products company, is seeking an Assistant Controller to oversee accounting operations for a major division focusing on inventory management and accounts receivable, among other things.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage month-end close process
- Oversee inventory accounting and accounts receivable
- Support external audit processes
- Supervise accounting staff
- Drive process improvements
- CPA with public accounting experience preferred
- 5+ years accounting experience
- Consumer products/retail industry experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of inventory and AR management
- Advanced ERP system knowledge
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
