Job Description

Our client, a high growth hard tech company in Los Angeles, is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.

Position Summary
Lead all financial operations including strategic planning, accounting, and investor relations in a high-growth environment. Work alongside founders and executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies in this dynamic sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead capital raising efforts with various investor types
  • Develop financial strategy aligned with company goals
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Provide strategic leadership and mentor finance team
  • Evaluate potential M&A opportunities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance-related field; MBA/CPA preferred
  • 10+ years financial leadership with 5+ years in senior role
  • Success raising capital
  • Strong expertise in financial planning and modeling
  • Experience with hardware/physical product companies
  • Led $50M+ fundraising rounds
