Position Summary
Lead all financial operations including strategic planning, accounting, and investor relations in a high-growth environment. Work alongside founders and executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies in this dynamic sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead capital raising efforts with various investor types
Develop financial strategy aligned with company goals
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Provide strategic leadership and mentor finance team
Evaluate potential M&A opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance-related field; MBA/CPA preferred
10+ years financial leadership with 5+ years in senior role
Success raising capital
Strong expertise in financial planning and modeling
Experience with hardware/physical product companies
