Client Services & Operations Manager

Westlake Village, CA

Our client, a well-established, boutique wealth management and financial planning firm in Westlake Village, is looking to add a Client Services & Operations Manager to support its growing client base and day-to-day operations.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing responsive, high-touch service and ensuring an excellent overall client experience.
  • Manage new client onboarding, including account opening, transfers, paperwork, funding and ongoing account maintenance.
  • Coordinate client requests related to distributions, deposits, beneficiary changes, account updates and other service needs.
  • Assist with portfolio-related operational activity, including account reconciliation, cash management, transfers and trade-related administration.
  • Oversee firm policies, procedures, and quarterly billing cycles directly through Orion.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, registered investment advisory, or a similar client-service environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential financial and personal information.
