Job Description
Our client, a prestigious private equity firm, has a need for a stellar Controller. As a Controller, you will play a key role in financial management, reporting and analysis, providing crucial insights to support strategic decision-making within their portfolio companies. This role will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and affords you the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the success of their growing portfolio.

Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting.
- Seven to ten years prior experience in the financial reporting/general ledger area, particularly within investment management. Fund accounting preferred but not required. Experience with tax preparation including multi-state taxation is preferred.
- Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines required.
