Job Purpose:

To lead a team to prepare long range projections, annual operating budgets and management reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the global financial planning and management reporting process
  • Develop financial models to set financial targets and budgets
  • Develop financial models to accurately forecast revenue and expenses
  • Collaborate with business leaders to manage departmental budgets
  • Prepare management reporting for internal and external stakeholders including management, board and investors
  • Present analysis to senior management with insights to drive or improve results
  • Responsible for implementation of systems to support financial planning and reporting automation and maximize efficiencies of reporting tools
  • Support M&A activities including long range projections, due diligence and integration
  • Recruit, manage and develop Financial Analysts

  • Bachelor’ s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA or MBA preferred but must possess strong accounting knowledge
  • 5 to 7 years related experience with global companies and 2 to 3 years related management experience
  • Software industry experience preferred
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a high level of intellectual curiosity to grow with the company
  • Ability to perform detailed work with strong financial modeling skills and use of spreadsheet software
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products, Hyperion Planning and Reporting Platform or other budgeting module, NetSuite, Oracle or similar ERP
  • Strong communications skills to present complex financial analyses to management
  • Ability to work with all levels of management
  • Demonstrate teamwork skills to collaborate across all functions, develop and mentor Financial Analysts
