Finance & Accounting Manager
Job Description
This role will be pivotal to the growth of the firm and report directly to the VP of Finance. There is a both a lot of internal and upward mobility within the firm.Â
Job Description:
- Responsible for maintaining budgets and forecasts for management companies (~25 companies), including forecasts of Fee-Related Earnings
- Develop forecasts for GP companies (~45 companies), including forecasts of Performance-Related Earnings and Distributable Earnings
- Develop KPI’s and other key management reports for  management and GP companies
- Develop cash forecasts, assist with liquidity and cash management, and prepare distribution proposals for excess cash
- Streamline finance processes and KPI’s for internal management reporting and external investor reporting to minority shareholders
- Review Earnings Releases and SEC Form 10-Q and 10-K filings of public peers and perform peer comparison and provide recommendations
- Review debt agreements and prepare debt covenant certifications
- Assist with ad-hoc Finance & Accounting requests, as needed

Chloe is a former Big 4 CPA with a Bachelor's and Master's of Accountancy degrees from the University of San Diego. Chloe was born and raised right here in in Orange County. Prior to joining Alliance Resource Group, she was an Experienced Hire Recruiter for a large regional Public Accounting firm in Irvine.
As a huge animal advocate, Chloe volunteers her time to rescue dog organizations. She lives by the mantra "Adopt, Don't Shop" and encourages everyone to do the same.
A perfect day for Chloe would find her, her husband Stephen and their dog Kona taking a walk at the beach during the day, followed by a home cooked meal paired with some nice wine.
