Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented FP&A Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes to support the company’s growth and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights that influence decision-making and optimize financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning: Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting, collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, KPIs, and variance analysis to track performance against budget and forecast.
- Strategic Support: Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of variances between actual and budgeted performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios and support strategic decision-making.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights, enhancing financial discipline across the organization.
- Strategic Insights: Provide recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and investments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (CFA, CMA) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the consumer goods or beauty industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
