Job Posting: Temporary Accounts Receivable Specialist (Medical Device Industry)
Location: Irvine, CA
Work Schedule: 3 days on-site (hybrid flexibility not offered)
Duration: 3-month contract
Start Date: December 9, 2024
We are seeking a Temporary Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist with recent experience in the medical device industry to join our team in Irvine. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is proficient in business-to-business (B2B) collections, accounting systems, and HIPAA-compliant practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collections (80% of role): Manage B2B collections to ensure timely payments while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Payment Posting: Process payments efficiently in QAD.
- Rebate/Discount/Chargeback Reconciliation: Accurately reconcile accounts related to rebates, discounts, and chargebacks.
- Compliance: Uphold strict adherence to HIPAA regulations in all AR-related tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and account discrepancies.
- QAD: Proficiency preferred, especially for AR processes and posting payments.
- Salesforce: Experience is a plus.
- Coupa and Concur: Familiarity with these systems is highly desirable.
- Industry Experience: Must have worked in the medical device industry within the past two years.
- Collections Expertise: Strong background in B2B collections with a focus on results.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating accounting software and reconciling complex accounts.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- On-site work required 3 days per week in Irvine, CA.
- This is a temporary 3-month contract position starting December 9, 2024.
