Position: Treasury Accounting Analyst

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Accounting Analyst for a 3-month contract to support our treasury group. This role involves preparing, recording, and posting month-end close activities, including accrual entries and AR/AP tasks. You will also assist with research, audits, intercompany accounting reconciliation, and global bank and cash reporting. Additional responsibilities include administering Concur, T&E, card programs, and the Coupa platform.
Key Responsibilities
Banking and Cash:
- Administer cash and banking activities, collaborating with bank partners for reporting and fee structure recommendations.
- Prepare and analyze cash reports, manage cash movements, and resolve check exceptions.
- Oversee the company credit card program, including monitoring high-risk activities and handling suspensions/reactivations.
- Maintain and update bank records.
General Accounting:
- Support month-end close, including accrual and journal entry preparation.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts (e.g., prepaid expenses) and professional service expenses.
- Research, analyze, and resolve accruals for Coupa, sales/use tax, utilities, and other areas.
- Post AP expense activities and AR receipts.
Coupa Administration:
- Assist and train end-users while resolving integration issues.
- Test and assess system patches and upgrades, collaborating with Coupa partners.
- Manage internal help tickets for user setup, changes, and troubleshooting.
- Address EU integration issues, ensuring proper links and VAT tax upgrades.
Concur Administration:
- Maintain Concur system structures in collaboration with the commercial and FP&A teams.
- Prepare T&E reports and reconciliation schedules.
- Develop and lead training sessions on Sunshine Act reporting requirements.
- Ability to analyze diverse data and develop actionable insights.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills with minimal oversight required.
- Flexibility to manage routine tasks independently and adapt to new challenges.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (required).
- CPA (active or inactive) preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Coupa, and QAD ERP (preferred).
