Job Description

Accounting Manager (Contract-to-Hire) – Anaheim
We are a small, family-owned distribution and manufacturing business in Anaheim, looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is on-site 5 days a week and oversees three accounting staff (AP, AR, and a Staff Accountant).

  • Supervise three accounting team members and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handle credit card reconciliations and bank borrowing/funding.
  • Support financial reporting and collaborate with leadership.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of accounting experience in distribution or manufacturing.
  • Experience with multiple entities (no consolidations).
  • Proficiency in Acumatica, Dynamics 365, or Great Plains.
  • Prior experience leading an accounting team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
