Key Responsibilities:

Review and Analyze: Dive into the heart of our operations by reviewing Q3 and Q4 transfer pricing calculations with precision and attention to detail.

Tax Provision Support: Assist in the preparation of the annual and quarterly tax provision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ASC 740.

Global Tax Compliance: Play a vital role in our global tax compliance efforts, addressing critical areas such as GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and more.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should bring:

International Tax Expertise: Proven experience in international tax planning and compliance.

Transfer Pricing Proficiency: A solid background in transfer pricing calculations and analyses.

ASC 740 Knowledge: Familiarity with ASC 740 and its implications on tax provision.

Manager/Director Level: Ideally, you are a Manager or Director level professional, but we welcome outstanding candidates with different levels of experience.
