Job Description
ARG is partnering with a reputable company in West LA to seek a highly skilled Interim FP&A Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to excel in a standalone role, leading financial planning and analysis efforts for a leading export trading company in the food and beverage sector.
Responsibilities:
As the Interim FP&A Manager, you'll lead financial planning and analysis efforts, providing actionable insights to the leadership team. Your role will encompass:
- Guiding the growth and development of finance departments, formulating policies, and evaluating financial functions.
- Conducting investment feasibility studies and offering recommendations to the leadership team.
- Overseeing cash flow forecasting, account reconciliations, and compliance with tax and financial reporting standards.
- Crafting strategic business plans based on comprehensive analysis and financial forecasts.
- Providing critical financial guidance and insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
We're seeking candidates with:
- A Master's degree in Finance (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of financial leadership experience, particularly in CPG/FMCG.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Proven leadership skills, adept at managing and developing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, and analytical thinking.
Interim Position Details:
- Duration: 3 months
- Work Schedule: 5 days a week, on-site
