Alliance Resource Group has partnered with an incredibly successful retail company in the San Gabriel Valley area that’ s looking to add an additional AP Specialist to their team.
Duties of the AP Specialist:
- Administer expense reporting, inventory items and document management systems.
- Reconcile AP/GL Accounts for close
- Cash management – invoices, checks and distribution
- Inventory review
- Vendor management
- Ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements of the AP Specialist:
- 2+ years previous AP/Accounting experience
- Strong excel experience is required
- Great organizational and communication skills
- Excitement for the company growth, product and mission
- Accounting degree would be preferred but not required
