You Will
• Prepare and record journal entries and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in financial reports.
• Conduct monthly account reconciliations and detailed flux analysis as part of our overall analytical
review (OAR).
• Develop and document policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline operations.
• Lead process improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in review and management of fixed asset accounts, ensuring proper account coding in
accordance with the capitalization policy.
• Maintain and update the fixed asset register, tracking asset acquisitions, disposals, and transfers.
• Calculate and record depreciation for fixed assets following GAAP and ensure accurate monthly,
quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Perform regular reconciliations of fixed asset accounts, resolving discrepancies to maintain the
integrity of financial data.
• Monitor capital expenditures (CapEx) and ensure proper classification and documentation for
compliance with company policy and accounting standards.
• Support and improve fixed asset accounting processes, ensuring accuracy in asset management
and compliance with company policy.
• Work with project management teams to correctly classify assets under construction or in use.
• Prepare asset reports that include aging schedules, useful life analysis, and impairment
assessments.
• Assist in providing audit support for fixed asset transactions and accounting treatment.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements in fixed asset management, helping
automate and enhance the efficiency of accounting processes.
• Prepare detailed fixed asset disclosures for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.• Support day-to-day accounting operations with an emphasis on improving current processes,
focusing on automation.
• Partner with colleagues involved in operations to provide accurate, complete, and timely
operational financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of lease schedules, ensuring compliance with ASC 842.
• Participate in required SOX compliance control testing and support audit processes.
• Analyze variances among actual, budgeted, and forecasted data, providing detailed explanations of
underlying causes.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), including fixed asset
management and ASC 842 lease accounting.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Advanced quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Vlookups; experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great
Plains is a plus.
• A strong work ethic, high level of accountability, and demonstrated initiative.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
