Primary clientele includes Lowes and Home Depot.  In the last ten years, the company has had exploding growth selling directly to homebuilders.  Due to their high quality assembled product, that can be delivered directly to the store or home site, through an efficient and quick distribution channel they have found a competitive edge in the marketplace. 



Senior Financial Analyst


Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for performing the day-to-day financial reporting and business analysis for a variety of functional areas
  • Work with Accounting Department to assist with data driven aspects of the month-end and year-end close process
  • Research and prepare variance analysis and explanations
  • Responsible for the preparation and analysis of the periodic management reporting of financial results
  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, KPI’ s and other exhibits as requested
  • Responsible for month-end close reporting and analysis, including SG&A distribution of reports to departments
  • Assist in the analysis and preparation of forecast, strategic planning and annual budget process
  • Assist with analysis of pre/post financial close, variance analysis and reporting, variance forecasting and planning and standard expense / budget analysis
  • Provide support to Accounting during quarter and year-end audits, including but not limited flux analysis of the Income Statement
  • Maintain and develop various financial models and standard templates during the planning processes, ensuring quality, accuracy and focused analytical review
  • Assist Corporate Finance Director with financial process improvement projects
  • Prepare reports as necessary and various Ad Hoc projects as assigned

Requirements and Education:
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Expert-level analytical and financial modeling
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills
  • Previous experience in cost/manufacturing experience a plus
  • JDE system experience is preferred but not required
  • Bachelor’ s Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university
