SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST Position Summary
Help to guide the Commercial division financial decisions by establishing and monitoring policies and procedures.
Responsible for providing financial analysis surrounding operational results, trending data, internal controls, sector budgeting in partnership with ATF, sales commission calculation/audit, pricing strategy/structure and business results communication to Branch Operations and Executive Management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES, Including But Not Limited To
Branch Financials -- review and audit branch operations P&L results for Commercial; communicate closely with ATF and Branch Operations regarding financial results and provide status of Commercial financial condition by collecting, interpreting and analyzing all financial data, including ROI. Support the budgeting process for the division.


Trending -- analysis of financial results including historical and forward-looking trending within sales and operations; effective use of the Company tools and data to define business enhancement opportunities and concisely communicate results.


Reports -- provide timely and accurate reporting related to all aspects of the Commercial business including financial results, trending data, sales commissions and rankings, Scorecard metrics and other related key business metrics. Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing performance and trends.


Communication -- effective written and verbal communication skills supporting Branch Operations and Executive Management articulation of results and recommended action items. Maintain the ability to connect with other key departments within the organization to facilitate information flow.
Organization -- must be very well organized and able to maintain a consistent and timely approach to deadlines, including a pro-active and results driven approach to department success.

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting
Minimum 3 years of experience in an Accounting/Finance role within a progressive organization.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Advanced Excel knowledge
Advanced financial modeling skills.
Can skillfully manage processes, develop standards, track budget expenses, while being a team player
Ability to make observations and draw conclusions based on analysis of large amounts of data from a variety of sources.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
