Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales to develop KPIs, track performance, and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Analyze marketing spend and ROI to optimize campaigns and channel allocation.
- Lead the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, transitioning to more sophisticated tools and models.
- Contribute to high-level strategic initiatives, including new business lines and potential acquisitions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of FP&A experience in a SaaS or tech company.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
