Job Description

Senior Financial Analyst

ARG is conducting a search for a dynamic finance team that has a need for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst (3-5 years). Within this global business, you will be afforded the opportunity to take the lead on budgeting, forecasting, reporting, preparing monthly and quarterly board presentations, and conducting variance analyses, among other things. If you are a strong analytical thinker and problem solver who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and lives in Orange County, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
  • Coordinate financials for the 3-year strategic plan.
  • Maintain and update the 5-year global interactive financial model.
  • Analyze contribution margins, gross profit, and cost savings for products.
  • Lead quarterly forecasting and identify variances in profitability statements.
  • Develop financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through effective controls.
  • Ensure compliance with management decision processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Power BI experience preferred
  • Strong quantitative financial skills
