Job Summary:
As a Senior Manager FP&A, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing the financial performance of this growing organization. You'll work closely with management to support business growth and strategic decisions through financial analysis. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with management to oversee financial aspects such as revenue, expenses, and operational costs.
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting with departmental leaders, offering financial guidance.
- Enhance FP&A processes and digitize forecasting procedures to drive efficiency.
- Manage financial processes to identify opportunities and improve business performance.
- Develop financial models to evaluate current and potential investments.
- Prepare financial analysis for regular business reviews, offering insights and recommendations.
- Support the monthly closing process for accurate financial reporting.
- Execute strategies to meet budget and forecast targets, promoting operational excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of financial management experience.
- Strong background in strategic planning, financial modeling, and accounting.
- Experience in retail or global corporations is beneficial.
- Ability to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Preferred degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- CPA certification is a plus.
- Fluency in Japanese is desirable for communication with select stakeholders.
