ARG is partnered with one of America's fastest growing private companies. At roughly $1.3B in revenues, our client is looking to hire a Tax Senior Manager (or Director, DOE), working under one of the highest performing Tax leaders in the industry.Â
Tax Senior Manager
-Â Oversee tax compliance (income, property, sales & use, etc) in each state where they are present, and the multi-state apportionment schedule.
- Participate in tax planning on a diverse set of issues ranging from acquisitions, to tax minimization strategies.
- Prepare quarterly estimate tax payments.
- Tackle other ad-hoc projects as required.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- 5+ years in tax accounting experience is required.
- CPA or JD required
